Tax preparation in Windsor & Northern Colorado.

Accurate returns and year-round planning for individuals and small businesses - so April is a confirmation, not a surprise. Done by a CPA who knows your situation.

Your taxes, handled end to end.

No surprises and no guesswork - here's what working with me on your taxes looks like.

Personal & business returns

Federal and Colorado returns for individuals, families, sole proprietors, LLCs, and S-corps - prepared accurately and filed on time.

Year-round tax planning

We look ahead, not just back. I find the moves that lower next year's bill while there's still time to make them.

Plain-English review

Before anything is filed, I walk you through your return so you understand what you're signing and why.

Deductions & credits

A careful look for every deduction and credit you've earned - so you keep more of what's yours.

Quarterly estimates

For business owners and the self-employed, I keep your estimated payments on track so penalties never sneak up.

IRS & state notices

Get a letter you don't understand? Send it my way and I'll help you sort it out.

Who it's for

Built for real Northern Colorado life.

If any of these sound like you, we'll get along just fine:

  • Families who want their return done right - and want to actually understand it
  • Small-business owners juggling personal and business taxes
  • Self-employed and 1099 earners managing quarterly estimates
  • Anyone who's outgrown DIY software or a national chain
  • New clients who got a notice and need a steady hand

File & plan ahead

We file, then talk about the moves that make next year easier. Tax time becomes the easy part.

Tax-prep questions people ask.

What should I bring to get started? +
Last year's return, your income documents (W-2s, 1099s, K-1s), and anything related to deductions - mortgage interest, charitable giving, business expenses. I'll send a simple checklist so nothing gets missed.
Do you handle both personal and business returns? +
Yes. Many of my clients are both - a business owner and a household - and I prepare the full picture so everything lines up.
Can we do everything remotely? +
Absolutely. Plenty of clients send documents securely and handle everything by phone and email. You're always welcome at the office on County Road 70, but you don't have to come in.
When should we start? +
Sooner is better - ideally before tax season, while there's still time to plan. But it's never too late to get organized. Reach out whenever and we'll start from where you are.
